Sailing
It's been a while since I last set foot on a yacht, but it's still something I love doing. I did trans-North Sea Ocean Youth Club trips a couple of times as a teenager, and then bits and bobs on dinghies and hobie cats until meeting Roj and doing our Day Skipper courses together on the Solent.
After that we were free to charter yachts and sail them alone, which we did for a weekend every couple of years with a bunch of other people, and also for our honeymoon in the Seychelles and trips to Florida and the British Virgin Islands.
At the risk of sounding like a stuck record, it's not something that can be contemplated with 2 kids under 3, but is something we'll likely resume once they're old enough to understand the implications of 'man overboard'.
